Workout für den unteren Rücken, das Becken, Beine und Po, für eine perfekte Tänzerhaltung, wir arbeiten durch Stretching und mit isometrischen Kontraktionen (Spannungsänderungen im Muskel) an unserer Becken- und Körperhaltung, damit wir Standhaftigkeit und Sicherheit im Ballett und im Alltag gewinnen.
